Shipping and payment

The production time

Standardly 6 working days after payment (+ 1/2 days delivery time). I try to keep to this deadline. For urgent cases, we offer Express production within 3 working days with a surcharge of 25% and I will subsequently produce the tool outside of normal working hours.

Delivery

After agreement, it is possible to send to another country, we have good experience with FedEx, for example

Fineness hallmarks we can send practically immediately (we have them in stock)
Responsibility hallmarks and logos usually around 6 days and delivery time

Payment

By bank transfer

This is custom production - after receiving your order we will send you a proforma invoice, after its payment we will include your order in production.
